HH-1Digital water bath potUsage:

1. The electronic constant temperature water bath should be placed on a fixed platform. First, clamp the rubber hose of the drainage port, and then inject clean water into the water bath box (to shorten the heating time, hot water can also be injected).

2. When the power is turned on, the red indicator light that displays OFF lights up. Rotate the temperature adjustment knob to set the temperature (clockwise heating, counterclockwise cooling), and the water starts to be heated. The indicator light ON lights up; When the temperature rises to the set temperature, the indicator light OFF lights up and the water begins to be kept at a constant temperature.

3. After the water bath is kept at a constant temperature, place the container containing the item to be kept at a constant temperature in the water bath to begin the process.

4. To ensure the effect of constant temperature during constant temperature, the contact area between the constant temperature container and the box can be sealed tightly with cardboard. The constant temperature items in the constant temperature container should be lower than the constant temperature water bath surface of the water bath.

5. After use, remove the thermostat, turn off the power, and drain the water from the box. And keep a record of the use of the instrument.

6. Maintenance and upkeep:

(1) The water tank should be placed on a fixed platform, and the power supply voltage connected to the instrument should be 220V. The power socket should be a three hole installation socket, and a ground wire must be installed.

(2) Before adding water, cut the material and turn on the power. During use, the water level must be higher than the stainless steel partition. Do not heat without water or below the partition, otherwise the heating tube will be damaged.

(3) If the constant temperature control fails, the silver contacts on the controller can be polished with a fine sandpaper to work.

(4) When injecting water, do not let water flow into the control box to prevent electric shock. After use, the water in the box should be promptly drained and wiped clean to maintain cleanliness and prolong its service life.

(5) Use purified water to avoid the formation of scale.
