The digital gas gathering pry is a new type of pry that integrates the collection system of gas from various gas wells, the gas water separation system, the flash evaporation tank treatment system for liquid discharge and venting, the pipeline cleaning system, the export metering system, and the self use gas pressure reduction system, and performs integrated digital automatic control.
The gas from each gas well enters the multi tube bundle type cyclone separator through the inlet manifold for gas water separation. After separation, the gas enters the compressor or is directly exported (through metering or cleaning valves). The compressed gas by the compressor can be exported through a cleaning valve or metering system. The gas from the inlet manifold vent pipe, the liquid from the compressor, the liquid from the two-phase separator, and the gas from the vent header can enter the flash separation tank. After flash evaporation treatment, the natural gas is sent to the flare, and the sewage is controlled by an electromagnetic valve and discharged into the sewage tank. The self use gas system can reduce the pressure of natural gas inside or outside the station for internal use.
The digital gas gathering platform meets the requirements of digital, modular, and modular design. The equipment is integrated into a platform, easy to install, remotely controlled, easy to relocate, energy-saving, and suitable for any working condition.
