The positive displacement industrial flowmeter is a new type of flow meter developed and researched by our company, which adopts the most advanced positive displacement flow measurement technology. It can be widely used for flow measurement of liquids in industries such as automobiles, adhesives, agriculture, asphalt, aviation fuel, animal feed, beverages, cosmetics, chemicals, concrete, dairy products, liquid fertilizers, food, oil transportation, general industry, hydrocarbon processing (refining), liquefied gas, lubricants, maritime transportation, paints, petroleum, petroleum products, pharmaceuticals, printing inks, papermaking, solvents, recycling, railways, textiles, etc.
2、 Technical parameters
The volumetric industrial flowmeter has a simple and effective metering design, consisting of a frame and three rotors that rotate uniformly inside the meter. There is no metal to metal contact in the flow channel, eliminating any degradation in accuracy and providing a long service life. The rotor is supported by bearings inserted into two bearing disks, and at the end of each rotor shaft is a timing gear. Then the timed rotation between each rotor will be adjusted by the scale adjuster
Excellent stepless fine-tuning device (wear compensation device), which can perform positive and negative calibration on flow meters.
