This series of extruders is a product independently developed by our company. It adopts a digital display conventional model and has obtained a patent certificate issued by the National Patent Office. The main product types applicable to various tonnage models are:
(1) VT-250T~350T extruder:
(1) Lead tin alloy wire (extrusion specification: φ 5- φ 16mm)
a. Lead tin wire: can extrude lead tin alloy wire with lead content of 10-99.95%
b、 Squeezeable single core and three core rosin solder wire
(2) Lead free solder wire (extruded specification of φ 5- φ 16mm)
a、 Tin copper lead-free solder wire
b、 Tin silver lead-free solder wire
c、 Tin silver copper lead-free solder wire, tin zinc lead-free solder wire (with Zn content not exceeding 25%)
d、 The above solder wires can be extruded into single core and three core rosin solder wires
(3) Lead and lead-free tin bars (require cutting and coding machine)
(2) VT-500T extruder:
(1) Lead free solder wire (extruded specification of φ 5- φ 16mm)
a. Tin copper lead-free solder wire
b. Tin silver lead-free solder wire
c. Tin silver copper lead-free solder wire
d. The above solder wires can be extruded into single core and three core rosin solder wires
e. Tin zinc alloy wire (with Zn content not exceeding 50%)
(2) Lead free anode rod (requires anode rod cutting machine)
This series of extruders consists of five main parts: mechanical system, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, heating system, and control system. It is one of the advanced horizontal extruders that our company has successfully absorbed advanced foreign technology and independently developed. It has the advantages of time-saving, labor-saving, low energy consumption, and stable performance. The main cylinder of the extruder adopts a plunger type composite mother and child oil cylinder structure, which successfully absorbs advanced hydraulic speed control technology from abroad and ensures the safety of the hydraulic system.
1. Adopting a plunger type hydraulic cylinder (German technology) with a working pressure error of 0.002KG, the hydraulic system has the characteristics of strong and powerful constant speed stability, ensuring the stability of metal and rosin flow extrusion.
2. Sub cylinder: It has the function of rapid oil filling, reducing idle time, quickly reaching working pressure, and improving efficiency.
3、 Equipment features
1. This extruder adopts digital display control, and each digital display meter and press are installed on the control panel of the operation console. The various control meters can be directly set and modified to meet the requirements of product process parameters. The operation is simple, intuitive, and convenient.
2. The control circuit is DC24V, which is safer for both personnel and equipment.
3. Adopting a precision Japanese RKC temperature control meter, the heating temperature required for production is more accurately controlled, with a temperature control error of only ± 10 ℃, thereby improving the stability of product quality. At the same time, four sets of timing switches can be set, which have the function of preheating in advance, so that employees can start working at any time when they go to work.
