1、 Product Introduction:

Constant temperature stirred water tanks are widely used for drying, concentrating, distilling, impregnating chemicals and biological products, as well as for constant temperature heating and other temperature tests in water tanks. 3、 Usage and maintenance:

1. Inject an appropriate amount of clean water into the studio water tank before placing the container.

2. Connect the power supply; Refer to item 3 for temperature setting. To activate the stirring function, simply press the stirring button on the control panel

3-1: After power on, the DFS will flash first, followed by the day, to detect if there are any missing digital tube strokes.

3-2: * * * Press the setting button once, the indicator light SL will light up, entering the temperature setting state. Press the up button to increase by 0.5 ℃, and press the down button to decrease by 0.1 ℃.

3-3: Press the setting button for the second time, and the first digit will display'd '. Enter the pre-set temperature control value, which can be adjusted between 0-5 ℃. For example, if the temperature is set to 50 ℃ and the flushing temperature is 0.5 ℃, to prevent flushing temperature, adjust d to 0.5, and then turn off the heating when it reaches 49.5 ℃; For example, if the temperature is set to 90 ℃ and exceeds the limit by 1 degree, adjust d to 1. After heating to 89 ℃, disconnect.

3-4: Press the setting button for the third time, and the first one will display C or -, entering the temperature deviation adjustment, which can be adjusted between -9.8 and (+9.9 ℃). For example, when the displayed temperature is 0.5 ℃ lower than the actual temperature, adjust C to+0.5 ℃, which will be consistent with the actual display; When the displayed temperature is 0.5 ℃ higher than the actual temperature, adjust C to -0.5 ℃, so that the actual temperature is consistent with the display.

3-5: Pressing the setting button for the fourth time can restore the measurement state. If there is a set value, it will automatically control. After the set value is set, if the setting button is not pressed, it will return to the measurement state. The temperature control meter will automatically jump back and work after 5 seconds.

3-6: Long press the setting button for 5-8 seconds to automatically reset the set temperature value to 00.0 ℃. Before setting the temperature, if the set temperature value is abnormal, it should be reset before use.

3-7: If it is high-precision temperature control, 3-5 and 3-6 do not require operation; In addition, press the setting button again, and the upper row will display - d, indicating that you have entered the setting of * * * low heating power coefficient. It will automatically set to 3 when turned on and can be adjusted between 1-8. (It is recommended to set the semi closed state to around 7-8; the fully closed state to around 1-2)

3-8: After the work is completed, press the setting button for about 5-8 seconds, and the temperature control system will automatically reset. The set temperature will return to 00.0 ℃ and the heating power will be turned off. If the work is completed and the reset button is not long pressed, simply turn off the power, and the temperature control system will record the original settings after restarting.

3-9: If the water bath is not used for a long time, the water in the workshop water tank should be drained, wiped clean with a soft cloth, and dried.

4. After finishing the work, turn the temperature control knob to the * * * small value and cut off the power.

5. Do not use heaters when the water tank is empty.

Regularly inspect and maintain the connection between the heating tube and the working room to prevent unsafe situations caused by electric and water leakage.
