2. The instrument should be placed on a flat ground, with a clean and tidy environment, moderate temperature, and good ventilation.

Filling of culture test bottles: In order to ensure good balance performance of the instrument during operation and avoid significant vibration, all test bottle positions should be filled when bottling, and the culture solution in each bottle should be roughly equal. If there are not enough culture bottles, the test bottles can be symmetrically placed or filled with other equal amounts of solution to fill the empty spaces.

5. Select the timer and adjust the timer knob to the "timer" or "normally open" position. Connect the external power supply, place the power switch in the "on" position, and the indicator light will turn on. Slowly adjust the speed control knob to the desired speed.

Before each shutdown, the speed control knob must be placed in the smallest position, the timer must be set to "zero", the power switch must be turned off, and the power supply must be cut off.
