1. The desulfurization damper adopts a single axis driven double louver baffle structure, and a sealed chamber is designed in the middle of the double-layer blades to introduce sealed air. The sealed air with a pressure higher than 500Pa of flue gas is introduced into the baffle, forming a sealed air isolation layer between the double-layer baffles to block the passage of flue gas flow.
2. The opening and closing time of the desulfurization air door is ≤ 60 seconds (can be selected according to user requirements).
3. The external design of the desulfurization damper is equipped with a connecting rod mechanism, which allows several blades to open or close synchronously.
4. The design structure of the double louvered baffle door is reasonable, with good blade rigidity and stable and reliable operation. The sealing type of the louvered baffle blade is elastic seal and gas seal.
5. A sealed air inlet valve is designed and installed on the double baffle, which ensures good sealing efficiency of the baffle door when sealed air is introduced.
6. Drive mode: pneumatic or electric.
7. The driving device is usually installed with a direct connection to the air door.
8. The electric device adopts electromechanical integration products, with torque protection and limit devices, and can be remotely controlled for operation. The electric device also has manual and electric switching functions for installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
9. Connection method between air door and pipeline: flange sealing welding connection or flange bolt connection.
10. The sealing fan and electric heater of the sealing air system can be provided as a complete set after our selection.
