Product Introduction
The dehydrated fruit and vegetable packaging machine is an automatic weighing and packaging machine developed by our company for some types of fried foods such as dried bananas, apple slices, banana slices, and crisps in the market. The machine consists of a vertical packaging machine host, a 10 head electronic combination scale, a Z-shaped material elevator, a work support platform, a finished product conveyor, and a nitrogen machine combination. The workflow of this machine is as follows: the staff pours the apple slices, banana slices and other materials that need to be packaged into a vibrating storage hopper, and then uses a Z-shaped feeding machine to transport the dried bananas to a 10 head electronic scale for automatic weighing. After a series of steps such as unloading, filling, nitrogen filling, sealing, and finished product output, the packaging process is fully automated.

The advantage of this machine is that it can be equipped with a separate nitrogen machine. When packaging, nitrogen can be filled into the bag to increase the shelf life of the food. Another good aspect is that bags filled with nitrogen can not only extend the packaging period of food, but also effectively prevent material breakage during transportation. Detail Display
1. The large-sized electronic display touch screen controls the operation of the whole machine, setting the bag length, bag width, packaging weight, and packaging speed with one click adjustment, without the need for shutdown processing. The vibration feeder made of stainless steel is responsible for vibrating and conveying materials to the Z-shaped feeder.

2. The operator pours the materials into the vibrating feeder without manual intervention. The vibrating feeder automatically vibrates the materials into the trays and transports them one by one to the electronic combination scale for measurement and weighing.

3. The 10 head electronic combination scale combines multiple measuring scales together for feeding. Each hopper is equipped with intelligent detection function, and once the weight is reached, it is automatically fed into the bag for nitrogen filling and sealing.

4. External nitrogen machine, used to fill nitrogen gas for preservation when packaging apple slices, banana crisps, etc. Finally, a finished product conveyor was installed at the sealing point. When packages of materials fall onto the finished product conveyor, the conveyor belts transport them one by one to the cardboard boxes for packaging.

5. External film release mechanism, using stepper motor for electric mold pulling, accurate mold pulling, uniform speed, preventing film deviation, and easy and fast replacement of roll film. The electronic control module is programmed by software to achieve reliability and easy maintenance.

6. The Panasonic servo controller is used to operate the system, which provides more complete and precise control of the mold motor, making the mold more stable. The traditional mechanized transmission mechanism is designed with a simple transmission system, which ensures more reliable operation, strong motion coordination, and easy maintenance.
