The deep well water supply equipment is put into use, and the water from the tap water network enters the steady flow regulating tank. The air inside the tank is automatically eliminated by the vacuum eliminator, and when the water is full, the vacuum eliminator automatically shuts off.
When the pressure of the tap water pipe network can meet the water requirements, the system supplies water directly to the water pipe network through a bypass check valve, and the water pump does not operate, fully utilizing the original pressure of the tap water pipe network.
When the water consumption of the water pipe network continues to increase and the pressure of the tap water pipe network cannot meet the water requirements, the system pressure signal is fed back to the variable frequency controller through a remote pressure gauge, and the water pump starts to run, automatically adjusting the speed and constant pressure water supply according to the size of the water consumption. If the speed of the water pump reaches the power frequency speed, it will automatically start another water pump for variable frequency operation. Implemented the function of 'how much difference, how much compensation'.
When there is a low flow of water at night and the pressure of the tap water supply network cannot meet the requirements, the energy storage tank can release its stored energy, avoiding frequent starting of the water pump. The energy storage tank is configured according to the pressure stability of the tap water supply network.

The power supply should be reliable and should be dual power or dual circuit power supply. It should have power adaptability and be able to work normally when the input voltage fluctuation of the equipment and the controller does not exceed ± 10% of the rated voltage.
The equipment should have the function of automatically adjusting the water pump speed and soft start. When supplying water at a constant pressure, the difference between the set pressure and the actual pressure shall not exceed 0.01 MPa; When using variable pressure water supply, the working pressure of the water supply system should be changed according to the working characteristic curve of the pipeline.
The deep well water supply equipment should have the functions of "alarm" for water level in the pool and pump control. When the water level exceeds the high level, it will "alarm", and when it drops to the low level, it will "alarm" and shut down. When it returns to the starting water level of the pump, it will automatically start.
The deep well water supply equipment should have windows for observing the set pressure and actual pressure display, water pump power supply frequency display, and fault observation display.
The equipment should perform self inspection and alarm for various faults, and automatically or manually eliminate alarms for recoverable faults to restore normal operation.
Deep well water supply equipment should have protection functions for overload, short circuit, overvoltage, phase loss, undervoltage, overheating, etc.
Environmental requirements for deep well water supply equipment

4. The location where the equipment is installed should be free of conductive or explosive dust, corrosive metals, or gases or vapors that damage insulation
Requirements for setting up electrical control cabinets
1. The bottom of the cabinet should be 0.1m above the ground.
2. The distance between the cabinet top and the roof (slab top) shall not be less than 1.0m.
3. There should be a 0.8m passage between the back wall of the cabinet and the wall surface.
4. The pipeline system should be equipped with drainage devices at low points.
5. To select products that meet industry standards, choose products that have undergone identification (evaluation) and type testing of the entire machine.
Installation requirements for deep well water supply equipment
1. Before installation, carefully check whether there are any hard objects inside the pump body to avoid damaging the impeller and pump body during operation.
2. During installation, pipeline management should not be added to the pump to prevent deformation and affect normal operation.
3. Tighten the anchor bolts to prevent vibration during start-up from affecting the performance of the pump.
4. Install regulating valves on the inlet and outlet pipelines of the pump, and install pressure gauges near the pump outlet to control the pump's operation within rated conditions and ensure its normal use
5. If a check valve is installed in the discharge pipeline, it should be installed outside the gate valve
6. The installation methods of pumps are divided into rigid connection installation and flexible connection installation
