DH6200-L broadband collector

The DH6200-L broadband collector is applied to our company's remote centralized meter reading system, which completes the conversion of TCP/IP signals and RS485 signals, thereby realizing remote meter reading of RS485 meters. The collector only needs to be installed in an area with local area network or ADSL broadband to communicate with the background. For ADSL broadband background, a fixed IP address is required.
Product Features
This product mainly completes the collection of electricity from RS485 meters, and uses the network as a communication channel to upload communication data from RS485 devices in TCP/IP format, providing it to our company's remote meter reading system. The characteristics are as follows: Innovative broadband data collection technology, especially suitable for users in dispersed collection points and broadband environments in cities. Distributed collection points have dynamically allocated broadband, and the main station has a fixed IP. TCP/IP client mode can be used within the local area network, with the same functionality as DH601. Upstream adopts TCP/IP LAN or broadband network remote reading. Supports DL/T 645 1997 and 2007 (automatic switching rate 97/645 defaults to 1200bps, 07/645 defaults to 2400bps). Downstream RS485 communication interface supports data transmission and can support communication protocols such as 997-645, 2007-645, MODBUS-RTU, etc. Radio timing is not restricted, and the correct time format is sufficient for timing.

Wiring diagram
The wiring of the main and auxiliary terminals of the collector is shown in Figure 3, and the functional identification of the wiring terminals is shown in the table below.

1. The maximum power of the 12V power supply is 200mA, and the RJ45 Ethernet cable plug is directly inserted into the collector.
2. The collector can be installed indoors or outdoors, and the bottom plate for installing the collector should be fixed on a sturdy fire-resistant wall. It is recommended to install it at a height of about 1.8 meters, and there should be no corrosive gases in the air.
3. The collector should be wired according to the wiring diagram on the junction box, preferably using copper wire ends for connection
