Product Introduction of DYTN Single and Double Sided Electro Hydraulic Plow Unloader

The DYTN single and double-sided electro-hydraulic plow unloader is suitable for uniform unloading of belt conveyors with a bandwidth of 500-1800. The 1800 unloader is a specially designed product of our company. The electro-hydraulic plow unloader uses the electro-hydraulic push rod as the power source to drive the frame forward, complete the plow head falling, and support the flat roller. The lower edge of the plow blade is in contact with the tape to complete the unloading. After completion, the frame retreats, the plow head lifts up, the deformed roller returns to its groove shape, and the tape returns to its groove shape, allowing the material to pass smoothly

Product features of DYTN single and double-sided electro-hydraulic plow unloader

1. The plow can be a single plow or a double plow. The front plow blade is made of chromium nickel stainless steel, and the rear plow blade is made of high molecular weight polyethylene plate. The front and rear plow blades can be replaced, and this structure can unload cleanly and protect the tape.

The plow locking device has been significantly improved. Reliable locking, the plow head will not lift or shake during operation, and the height of the plow head can be adjusted to be close to the tape in the appropriate position, without any material leakage.

3. The driving device adopts an electro-hydraulic push rod. The integration of practical mechanics and electronics, with a fully sealed circulating oil circuit, can adapt to working in harsh environments. According to user needs, we can provide a two sided three blade electric hydraulic push rod or a mechanical self-locking electric hydraulic push rod for hand lamps.

4. The deformation roller group is synchronized with the electro-hydraulic push rod working mechanism, and the push rod works in one cycle. The deformation roller group completes the automatic transformation from groove shape to flat shape and then to groove shape.

5. The protection level of the motor is determined by the environment, and IP54 motors are used for flammable and explosive working conditions.
