In response to the high moisture content, high viscosity, wide range of drying moisture, small material fineness, and light specific gravity of pigments, a dedicated pigment belt dryer mainly solves the continuous operation requirements of pigments with high moisture content, enabling wet materials to be dried continuously from feed to discharge in one go in the belt dryer. The use of a molding and extrusion machine solves the problem of granulation of wet materials in filter cakes. After the filter cake is extruded, it can be evenly laid on the mesh belt to increase breathability and facilitate the drying of pigments. The use of two-stage tail gas recirculation solves the dust removal problem of micro powder in tail gas emissions and effectively utilizes energy, reducing energy consumption. Adopting a tail gas washing method reduces emissions, lowers consumption, and improves material yield; Adopting the method of tail gas water vapor and ensuring that the tail gas meets the emission standards.
