1、 Overview
Based on more than 20 years of professional experience in researching and developing specialized special fans, Shangyu Ventilation Fan has conducted extensive research and field investigations of subway ventilation systems in Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, and other cities at home and abroad. In collaboration with Beihang University and Shanghai Jiao Tong University, the experimental mechanism of the China Aerodynamics Research and Development Center and the China Aviation Gas Turbine Research Institute laboratory has been studied. Through a large number of fan channel vortex system tests, a digital model of the fan has been established, and repeated calculations and careful design have been carried out to minimize harmful vortex systems at the blade tip and root, in order to achieve high efficiency, low noise, compact structure, and reliable operation.
On the basis of absorbing advanced international technology, we also received enthusiastic assistance and guidance from domestic experts in subway and tunnel design institutes, and successfully developed high-quality subway and tunnel specific fans. The DTF (R) (R) series fans (TVF fans) have been appraised by authoritative experts in China and proven by users to have significant characteristics such as high efficiency, low noise, short forward and reverse switching time (<30 seconds>), high temperature resistance (qualified by national testing centers), compact structure, and smooth operation. The attending experts unanimously believe that they have reached the international advanced level. Shangyu ventilation fan has also introduced and specifically developed new technologies for air pressure random adjustable fan blade angles and anti surge devices to further adapt to the specific usage requirements of subway and tunnel conditions.
2、 Characteristics of DTF (R) (R) series fans
High efficiency: The fan adopts the latest international aerospace aerodynamic design technology, which has been verified through multiple repeated experiments and user usage, and has significant characteristics of high efficiency, wide high-efficiency zone, and positive and negative rotation efficiency.
Low noise: Starting from reducing the aerodynamic noise of the fan, the vortex losses at the tip and root of the fan blades are minimized to the greatest extent possible. Through experimental use and authoritative expert identification, it has been proven to have significant characteristics of low noise.
Widely used: According to the requirements of subway and tunnel use, Shangyu ventilation fan adopts anti-corrosion, moisture-proof, high insulation level, hot and humid type, high temperature resistant motor, which enables the fan to be reliably applied to the ventilation system of subway and tunnel ventilation (exhaust), and applied in emergency fire smoke exhaust system (can run continuously for 45 minutes at 280 ℃ temperature, and run for more than 1 hour at 180 ℃);
High strength: The fan impeller system has introduced advanced international die-casting technology. Its aluminum alloy blades and hub have undergone metallographic analysis and have a good structural organization. Through X-ray inspection, the expansion coefficient of the fan impeller and duct has been considered at 280 ℃. Ensure sufficient impeller strength to meet the requirements of high-speed operation;
Compact structure: The design of the fan stator blades and flow guide device aims to shorten the length of the fan casing as much as possible. The casing and fixed bracket are calculated through finite element strength to ensure the specific usage requirements of the subway;
Short switching time: The fan adopts an energy consumption stop mode. After multiple repeated tests, it has been proven that the time for the fan to switch forward and reverse and reach the rated speed is less than 30 seconds;
Strong corrosion resistance: The fan casing is hot-dip galvanized, the motor is of wet heat type, the fan blades and hub are made of aluminum alloy material, and the surface is anodized, which has strong corrosion resistance;
Reliable operation: The fan impeller has been accurately calibrated by a Sino foreign joint venture dynamic balancing machine and tested by the automatic testing system of the National Wind Turbine Technology Research Center at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Its balancing accuracy has reached ISO-2.8 level (higher than the national standard of 5.6 level). Before leaving the factory, the fan undergoes impeller overspeed test, vibration test, and aerodynamic full performance test to meet the requirements of stable and reliable operation;
High temperature resistance: This series of fans was randomly inspected by the national fire inspection department and sent to Shanghai for high temperature resistance testing. The experiment proved that after running for 45 minutes at 280 ℃ and for 1 hour at 180 ℃, it can continue to operate.
Anti surge: This fan is equipped with an anti surge device, which can prevent surge when the fan deviates from operating conditions or in emergency situations.
3、 DTF (R) (R) series fan structural form
The fan is composed of impeller, motor, casing, collector (guide vane), guide vane, anti surge device, fixed bracket, shock absorber and other components, and can be installed in two forms: horizontal and vertical.
Fan impeller: It consists of a hub and blades. The fan blades can be fixed, dynamically adjusted, or statically adjusted. The statically or dynamically adjusted blades can be adjusted within the range of -7.5 °~7.5 °. The dynamically adjusted fan is divided into two types: pneumatic and electric, and the blade angle can be adjusted in continuous operation.
Fan supporting motor: adopts IP55 (IP54) protection level, H (F) insulation, wet and hot motor, and its motor supporting bearing adopts SKF motor end fully enclosed type. The junction box is installed on the fan casing.
The impeller assembly section of the fan casing: the inner wall is machined with metal to ensure the control of the radial clearance of the blades, and the length and weight are designed with the goal of reducing to the lowest (minimum) value;
Fan guide vanes, collectors, and deflectors: They are installed statically to maximize efficiency and minimize volume as much as possible;
Fan installation bracket: Ensure the overall strength of the fan while meeting the requirements of lightweight and easy installation;
Fan fixed blade angle, static and dynamic adjustable blade angle: Fixed impeller refers to the fixing of impeller and blades; Static adjustable refers to manually adjusting the blade angle by loosening the stem bolt after stopping the machine; Dynamic adjustability refers to the arbitrary adjustment of blade angles according to the operating conditions of the fan, and the ability to automatically control and adjust blade angles based on temperature and humidity requirements;
Anti surge device: It can prevent the occurrence of surge in the fan, ensuring that the fan operates in a stable state for a long time, especially during tunnel advancement, ensuring safety and reliability;
Fan square rotation switching device: installed in conjunction with the fan electrical control system, it has the characteristics of short switching time (<30 minutes), easy installation, and strong reliability;
Fan shock absorber: Installed between the bracket and the machine base, the fan with fixed blade angle and dynamically adjustable blade angle adopts different shock absorbers due to different dynamic loads, specially designed and calculated for configuration.
Fan disassembly and maintenance method: First, remove the soft connecting pipe at both ends of the fan (insert it into the fan section or expand it) and the space section at the end of the fan. Loosen the fixed anchor bolts to move the fan position freely for maintenance.
