The electric heating double cone vacuum dryer is a new generation of drying equipment developed by our company in combination with similar domestic product technologies. The "Step by Step" double cone vacuum coal dryer is driven by large and small gear connections, ensuring smooth operation of the equipment. The specially designed tooling fully reflects the good concentricity of the two shafts. The vacuum system adopts reliable mechanical seals, and the power supply system uses American technology rotating slip rings. On this basis, we have developed the SZG-C type, which uses a specially designed electric heating plate composite inner heating medium for heating. It can adjust power and control the heating of the electric heating plate through branching, thereby achieving uniform drying of the materials inside the tank. This C-type double cone vacuum dryer is particularly suitable for drying new energy and metal powders, solving the problem of oil stains and inability to raise temperature caused by long-term use of thermal oil heating. The improved equipment is easy to operate, easy to maintain, and has a long service life.

2： Application

Suitable for the concentration, mixing, drying, and low-temperature drying of powdered, granular, and fibrous materials in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and metallurgy (such as biochemical products). It is more suitable for drying materials that are prone to oxidation, easy to produce, new energy, and metal powders.

3： Characteristics

During heating, automatic constant temperature control is used.
The temperature can be between 50-280 ℃.
High thermal efficiency, more than three times higher than a typical oven.
Indirect heating ensures that the material is not contaminated and meets the 'GMP' requirements.

4： Principle

Introduce an electric heating device into the sealed interlayer, and transfer heat to the dried material through the inner shell; Under the power drive, the tank rotates slowly, and the materials inside the tank continuously mix, thereby achieving the purpose of strengthening drying; The material is in a vacuum state, and the water (solvent) on the surface of the material is saturated and evaporated by controlling the temperature, and is promptly discharged and recovered by a vacuum pump. The moisture (solvent) inside the material continuously permeates, evaporates, and is eliminated from the surface, and these three processes are carried out continuously, achieving the drying purpose of the material in a very short time. After the war, inert gases were added and mixed with materials to replace oxygen, in order to achieve further drying.
