The integral electric actuator is an integrated structure that can input switch signals and output 4-20mA signals, with on-site buttons. The adjustable electric actuator is an integrated structure that can input and output 4-20mA signals, adjust the valve opening size, and thus achieve the adjustment of flow rate.
Functional protection types of DQW electric actuators
Outdoor type is used in places without flammable, explosive, and corrosive media. There are two types of explosion-proof products, d Ⅰ and d Ⅱ BT4. d Ⅰ is suitable for non mining working faces in coal mines; DIIBT4 is used in factories and is suitable for explosive gas mixtures in environments of IIA and IIB levels T1 to T4. (See GB3836.1 for details) The performance of this product meets the requirements of JB/T8528-1997 "Technical Conditions for Electric Devices of Ordinary Valves". The performance of the explosion-proof type complies with the provisions of GB3836.1-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 1: General Requirements", GB3836.2-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 2: Explosion proof Type" d "", and JB/T8529-1997 "Technical Conditions for Explosion proof Valve Electric Devices".
Structural differences between integral and adjustable DQW ordinary explosion-proof electric actuators
1.1 Integrated type: The integration of the control system and the electric device is called an integrated electric device, and its electrical part mainly consists of integrated modules, button boxes, opening meters (or digital indicators), contactors, etc. The electrical components are installed on a reversible board to adjust the torque control mechanism, stroke control mechanism, and opening indicator mechanism. There are three buttons on the button box, the middle is the on-site/remote control conversion button, the left is the on-site valve closing button, and the right is the on-site valve opening button. Covering the button box cover is for remote control, and the remote is 24VD DQW partial rotary electric actuator. It is a type of valve suitable for 90 degree rotation of butterfly valves, ball valves, plug valves, and air doors. It is referred to as Q-type electric actuator and is a driving device for valve opening, closing, or regulating control.
1.2 Integrated regulation type: On the basis of the integrated type, an adjustment module is introduced to form an integrated regulation type electric device, and its electrical part consists of an adjustment module, button box, opening meter (or digital indicator), contactor, etc. Can receive and output 4-20mA standard signals. 1. 2. On site/remote control operations The integral and integral adjustable electric devices are equipped with button boxes, providing users with two control modes: on-site and remote control. 1) On site control: Open the button box cover to use the on/off buttons inside the button box for on-site operation. On site opening and closing are self-sustaining. The green light is on when the valve is fully closed, and the red light is on when the valve is fully open. The on-site operation stops when the cover is closed. 2) Remote control: Close the button box cover to switch to remote control.
3. Overall module debugging methods 1) Manually place the electric device in the middle position 2) Connect the AC380 power supply, the power indicator light is on; If the power supply is out of phase, the out of phase indicator light will be on 3) Adjust the position feedback signal during regular control. Turn the electric device to the fully closed position, adjust the "zero" potentiometer on the overall module to make the voltage of the two test points close to zero (≤ 2mV), then adjust the "4mA" potentiometer to make the output signal 4mA; turn the electric device to the fully open position, and adjust the "20mA" potentiometer to make the output signal 20mA. The above adjustment can be completed only once. Note: The "zero adjustment", "4mA", and "20mA" potentiometers all increase the output signal when rotated clockwise, and decrease when rotated counterclockwise. If it is found that the output signal decreases when the potentiometers are rotated clockwise, please swap the wires on both sides of the potentiometers.
4. Debugging methods for regulating modules 1) Manually place the electric device in the middle position 2) Connect the AC380 power supply, the power indicator light is on; If the power supply is out of phase, the out of phase indicator light will be on 3) The positive and negative effects of the dip switch cannot be activated simultaneously 4) Adjust the position feedback signal during positive action. Turn the electric device to the fully closed position, adjust the "zero" potentiometer on the overall module to make the voltage of the two test points close to zero (≤ 2mV), then adjust the "4mA" potentiometer to make the output signal 4mA; turn the electric device to the fully open position, and adjust the "20mA" potentiometer to make the output signal 20mA. The above adjustment can be completed only once.
