Product Introduction
This machine is suitable for: capsules, tablets, sugar coating, capsules, injections, irregular shapes, as well as medical devices, light food, electronic components bubble sealed packaging.
Product Features
1. Adopting the latest high-power transmission mechanism in China, the main transmission shaft is driven by a chain, eliminating errors and noise from other gear transmissions.
2. By adopting an imported control system, the electrical appliances can be equipped with missing material and filling devices, as well as missing particle detection and removal devices (Omron sensors) according to customer requirements. Imported frequency converter is used.
3. The whole machine adopts segmented combination: PVC forming, feeding, and heat sealing are in one section, and tropical aluminum cold forming, heat sealing, and punching are in one section for separate packaging.
4. Using a photoelectric control system, PVC、PTP、 The automatic feeding and waste edge cutting device for tropical aluminum packaging ensures the synchronous stability of multiple stations over long distances.
5. It can be equipped with a photoelectric detection and calibration device, imported stepper motor traction, graphic and text printing packaging, and optimized packaging grade.
