This product is a three-phase 0.05 level meter source integrated device designed in accordance with the requirements of Q/GDW1899-2013 "Calibration Specification for AC Sampling Measurement Devices", DL/T630-1997 "Technical Conditions for AC Sampling Remote Control Terminals", and calibration regulations JJG126-95 "Calibration Regulations for Electrical Measurement Transmitters for AC to DC Conversion", JJG124-2005 "Calibration Regulations for Current Meters, Voltage Meters, Power Meters, and Resistance Meters", and JJG307-2006. The core technology of the meter in the device is a high-precision AC collector composed of a digital signal processor (DSP) and a 16 bit high-speed analog-to-digital converter; The signal part of the source is also a controllable sine wave and distorted wave signal source composed of DSP and 16 bit high-speed analog-to-digital converter. The monitor adopts a 6.5-inch TFT color LCD screen with clear display. The device has the characteristics of high precision, stable and reliable operation, and convenient and flexible operation.
Main functions and features
1. It can automatically verify the basic errors of AC sampling devices and electrical measurement transmitters in the power system, as well as the changes caused by factors such as voltage, current, frequency, waveform, power factor, and the ripple content and response time in the output DC voltage (current) of the transmitter. 2. It can semi automatically calibrate multiple indicator instruments (including pointer and digital).
3. It can generate distorted waves containing 2-31 harmonics, and the number, order, amplitude, and phase of harmonics on the fundamental wave can be programmed.
When measuring voltage, current, and active power, its accuracy is at level 0.05; Due to the presence of a digital to frequency converter (DFC) with a working frequency higher than 60kHz and multiple current ranges within the device, the accuracy of measuring electrical energy can also be guaranteed to be at level 0.05. Therefore, this device is actually a high-precision and high stability standard device that integrates four major detection functions: AC sampler, electrical measurement transmitter, AC/DC meter, and energy meter (option) (can be produced and supplied according to the "three in one" or "four in one" detection function).
5. Equipped with RS-232 interface or USB interface and large capacity non-volatile memory, it can store 248 pieces of detection data of the tested meters. Through the upper computer software, the device can be controlled by a PC for automatic or manual inspection, and the results can be processed and managed.
