1. Overview
This device is a three-phase 0.05 level meter source integrated device designed in accordance with the requirements of GB/T13729-92 "General Technical Conditions for Remote Control Terminals", DL/T630-1997 "Technical Conditions for AC Sampling Remote Control Terminals", JJG126-95 "Verification Regulations for Electrical Measurement Transmitters for AC to DC Conversion", and State Grid Corporation of China's "Verification Specification for AC Sampling Measurement Devices". The core technology of the meter in the device is a high-precision AC collector composed of a digital signal processor (DSP) and a 16 bit high-speed analog-to-digital converter; The signal part of the source is also composed of a controllable sine wave and distorted wave signal source composed of DSP and 16 bit high-speed analog-to-digital converter. The range of analog input for the device fully considers all priority and non priority values in the GB/T13729-92, DL/T630-1997, and JJG126-95 regulations mentioned above. The device has the characteristics of high precision, stable and reliable operation, and convenient and flexible operation. The monitor adopts a 6.5-inch TFT color LCD screen, with clear and bright display of chart characters.
2. Main functions and features
2.1. It can automatically verify the basic errors of various AC sampling devices and electrical measurement transmitters in the power system, as well as the changes caused by factors such as voltage, current, waveform, power factor, and the ripple content and response time in the output DC voltage (current) of the transmitter. 2.2. It can generate distortion waves of 2-31 harmonics, and the number, order, amplitude, and phase of harmonics on the fundamental wave can be programmed. 2.3. The working frequency band of the amplifier is 40Hz-1kHz, with good linearity. The current amplifier is a constant current source, and the voltage amplifier is a constant voltage source. Due to its lightweight, it is more suitable for on-site calibration of AC samplers and electrical measurement transmitters. 2.4. The AC sampler can be verified offline (virtual load) or online (real load). 2.5. Equipped with RS-232 interface or USB interface. Through the upper computer software, the device can be controlled by a PC for automatic or manual inspection, and the results can be processed and managed.
