Product Overview:
The DL series pump is a vertical, single suction, multi-stage, segmented centrifugal pump used for conveying clean water and liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water below 85 ℃. The temperature of the medium conveyed by the DLR type hot water pump is below 150 ℃.

The technical standards implemented by this series of pumps are JB/TQ809-89 "Form and Basic Parameters of Vertical Multistage Pumps" and GB5659-85 "Technical Conditions for Multistage Centrifugal Pumps".
5. Rotation direction of the pump: When viewed from the motor end downwards, the pump rotates counterclockwise.
Operating parameters:
The horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump in this series is supported at both ends, and the housing part is segmented. The pump is driven by an elastic coupling connected to an electric motor, and the rotation direction of the pump is clockwise when viewed from the drive end.
1. Stator section
The main components are the suction section, middle section, discharge section, guide vanes, packing box, etc., which are connected together by tension bolts. The discharge and suction ports are both vertically upward.
2. Rotor section
It is mainly composed of parts such as shaft, impeller, balance disk and shaft sleeve.
3. Sealing of the pump
3.1 Seal the static joint surface between the suction section, middle section, and discharge section with paper pads;
3.2 The throttling seal is used between each stage of the pump;
3.3 The shaft seals on both sides of the pump are sealed with packing;
3.4 Use a water blocking ring to prevent water from entering the bearing.
4. Bearing section
The entire rotor is supported by roller bearings at both ends of the shaft, which are lubricated with grease.
Scope of use:
This type of pump is mainly suitable for the circulation and pressurization of cold and hot water in high-pressure operating systems, parallel water supply of multiple pumps in high-rise buildings, transportation of fire protection, boiler water supply and cooling water systems, and various flushing liquids.
