1Working principle:

The principle of the instrument is to place the sample to be tested in a closed container, heat and raise the temperature to evaporate the volatile components from the sample, and reach equilibrium in the gas-liquid (or gas-solid) phase. The upper gas is directly extracted for chromatographic analysis to detect the volatile components and content in the sample.

2Carrier gas:

Connect the carrier gas of the equipped chromatograph as the carrier gas of the headspace sampler to the "gas source" and test for leaks. Adjust the "Pressure" and "Carrier Gas" knobs on the panel to the appropriate pressure.

6. The sample transfer tube and injection valve have automatic blowback function, which avoids cross contamination of different samples;

7. In order to make it more convenient and accurate to use with imported gas chromatographs, the sample injection valve and key components used in this instrument are all imported parts, and there are also interfaces for various imported instruments, which are easy to connect;

8. For active substance analysis, an elastic quartz tube can be selected as the sample transfer tube;

9.The injection volume can be adjusted according to the concentration of the sample to be analyzed by the customer;

10.The injection needle is easy to replace and can be connected to all models of GC injection ports at home and abroad.
