Installation and use instructions for DGS type fiberglass pumpless acid mist purification tower

1. As a high-quality exhaust gas purification tower, users should carry out concrete foundation construction according to the product foundation drawings provided by our factory. To place the product platform, it should be kept on the same horizontal plane.

2. When installing the fan, precautions should be taken to prevent debris from falling into the fan. After the installation of the acid mist purification tower is completed, the dirt inside the tower must be removed before testing.

3. Due to the flammability of ordinary fiberglass, the use of open flames is strictly prohibited during installation and maintenance. Each flange ensures sealing to prevent gas escape and liquid leakage.

4. The absorption liquid in the purification tower adopts sodium hydroxide solution, and the concentration of the solution should be maintained within the range of 6%. When the concentration of sodium hydroxide solution is lower than 4%, sodium hydroxide solution must be added. The waste liquid in the purification tower should be replaced regularly according to the actual situation.

5. The purification tower must be managed by a dedicated person, who should regularly check whether the fan is running normally, whether the water pump is running normally, whether the liquid level is normal, whether the sodium hydroxide solution is within the specified range, etc. If any problems are found, they should be solved in a timely manner.

6. Add absorption solution through the liquid tank, and when in use, raise the liquid level to the level of the inlet. After the equipment is in operation, raise the liquid level again to the level of the inlet; Attention should be paid to replenishing the absorbent during use. When the equipment is working, check the water level every 8 hours and replenish the absorbent.

7. If the fan is installed outdoors, waterproof measures should be taken for the fan motor.
