brief introduction
The ANKOMDELTA fully automatic fiber analyzer is equipped with an advanced pump system, which can more accurately and effectively analyze the acidic detergent fiber (ADF), neutral detergent fiber (NDF), and crude fiber content in food or feed. With ANKOM's filter bag technology, 24 samples can be analyzed at a time.
During the analysis process, the sample sealed in the filter bag is subjected to digestion treatment with corresponding chemical reagents (acidic detergents, neutral detergents, or acid and alkali solutions used for crude fiber determination) to remove soluble contents from the cells, leaving only the corresponding fiber portion. The analysis results can be obtained using the weight method. ANKOM's filter bag technology allows the reagent solution to pass freely while retaining the insoluble portion of the sample. In addition, the residue in the filter bag can also be used for analysis of acid washed soluble nitrogen (ADIN), neutral washed soluble nitrogen (NDIN), and acid washed lignin (ADL).
ANKOM's similar products, ANKOM200 and ANKOM2000 fiber analyzers, perform digestion and rinsing operations in the same instrument, eliminating the need for separate filtration steps during routine operations. The temperature control is precise and appropriate stirring is provided to ensure that the reagent solution and rinse solution pass uniformly through each sample.
The pump system used by ANKOMDELTA fully automatic fiber analyzer consists of a series of pumps. These pumps can be automatically pumped into the instrument based on the analysis program settings, without considering gravity. In addition, DELTA has a detachable visualization panel on the side for users to monitor and maintain the instrument.
Ankom Large Capacity Reagent Solution Delivery System
The new ANKOMDELTA fully automatic fiber analyzer can be connected to large volume chemical reagent delivery systems. The system uses flexible tubing to connect each instrument valve (as shown in the above figure) to the corresponding chemical reagent container, and comes with a quick disconnect connector. The manifold pipeline draws suitable solutions from 2-4 chemical reagent containers placed at one end of the experimental platform. The number of chemical reagent tanks required should be determined based on the type of analysis being conducted. Only the amylase interface is not connected to the manifold. When conducting neutral washing fiber determination, the analyst connects the amylase reagent container to DELTA's amylase interface and adds amylase to the container. The water is connected to the laboratory water source and is the topmost pipe of the manifold. Each instrument is connected to this water pipe through a pipe with an external valve for easy control of water flow.2-4 large buckets placed at one end of the experimental platform are convenient for analysts to prepare sufficient reagent solutions in advance for large-scale sample analysis, without the need to consider supplementing reagent solutions. The use of a high-capacity reagent solution delivery system also facilitates analysts to directly prepare solutions using concentrated chemical reagents. In addition, there is no need for square reagent containers placed on top of the A2000 instrument.
application
Suitable for the analysis and determination of crude fiber, neutral detergent fiber, and acidic detergent cellulose in food, feed, grains, and plants.Widely used in the agricultural livestock and poultry feed, grain and oil food, and pet feed industries.
