The RS-PCP controller is a DCS controller that adopts a modular design and supports 3 Ethernet ports. It can achieve controller redundancy and synchronize data in each scanning cycle. The CM module can be connected to RNAC series universal IO stations, and generally one controller can support up to 1024 IO channels. The module is encapsulated in flame-retardant engineering plastic, and the circuit design has strong resistance to electromagnetic interference, making it particularly suitable for application in complex and demanding process control fields such as power plants and chemicals. PCP has complete control functions, including complex PID, lead lag, hierarchical algorithm, binary control algorithm, tracking disturbance free switching, etc. The SLP programming software complies with the IEC61131-3 standard and supports programming languages such as ladder diagrams, functional blocks, and ST language. PCP has high computational speed, typically with a scan cycle of less than 100ms (including data synchronization).
