Cable drying machines are widely used in the wire and cable industry. It uses a vortex pump to generate a compressed air flow that is higher than the ambient temperature through high-speed rotation and friction of stationary air inside the pump. The water on the surface of the cable is forcibly dried by high-speed airflow through a circular air outlet in the opposite direction, improving the surface quality of the cable and making the meter printing on the cable surface clearer and more secure.
Cable blow-drying machine is widely used in wire and cable indusry. It uses vortex pump to make the static air inside pump rotate with high speed and rubber to produce the compressed air flow higher than ambient temperature, and high-speed airflow forcing blowing dry is carried out to the moisture on cable surface through the annular blow-off nozzle, so as to imporve cable surface quality and make the meter printing of cable surface clearer and firmer.
