1、 Introduction:
The D633 direct acting servo valve is a high-performance servo valve produced by MOOG Corporation in the United States. The valve uses a linear force motor to directly drive the valve core to move, and closed-loop control is achieved through a displacement sensor installed on the other end of the valve core as a feedback signal input driver, thereby achieving precise displacement control of the valve core. Compared with traditional proportional valves, this servo valve has the characteristics of high control accuracy, fast dynamic response speed, and strong anti pollution ability, which can meet the control performance requirements of high-end electro-hydraulic servo material testing machines.
