AS cutting submersible sewage pumpPrecautions for use
1. It is strictly prohibited to use the cable of AS type tear type submersible sewage pump to lift or hang the water pump. When transporting or hanging the water pump, a chain with a hook can be used to hook it onto the handle or the hanging ring on the cover;2. When in mobile use, the outlet hose can be connected to the outlet bend of the water pump using the standard hose connector specified in the previous table. When in fixed use, the pipeline can be set according to the flange standard of the self coupling device;
3. The water pump should not be placed at the outlet of the sewage. When the water pump seat is placed on mud or floating sand, the water pump may sink due to vibration. In this case, it is recommended that the user suspend the water pump or place it on a larger base plate;
4. If the pump is still running, it can continue to be used at temperatures below 0 ℃, but if it stops being used, the pump should be lifted, cleaned, and stored;
5. The inner diameter of the outlet pipe should meet the specified requirements, but when the conveying distance is far awayIt is also possible to reduce the inner diameter appropriately, but it can easily cause blockage, reduce conveying efficiency, and be uneconomical;
6. Pumps used in sewage may accumulate mud and other debris around the casing after prolonged operation, which reduces the speed of heat transfer, raises the internal temperature of the pump, shortens the service life of the motor, or causes inexplicable tripping. Therefore, after a certain period of operation (such as lowering to the lowest water level), hoses should be used to flush the pump to maintain its cleanliness;
7. The pump seal uses 10 # -30 # mechanical oil for lubrication and cooling. Due to seal wear, lubricating oil may leak out, and the conveying medium may also enter the motor through the seal. In this case, please quickly send the pump to our repair department or commissioned repair point to replace the seal, in order to avoid burning out the water pump motor;
8. When the power is not cut off, the water pump must not be moved and must not come into contact with the surrounding water source during pump operation to prevent electric shock accidents in case of leakage of the pump without a ground leakage circuit breaker device;
9. After the installation of the submersible electric pump, it is not advisable to soak it in water for a long time, which increases the chance of the motor getting damp. At the same time, it is recommended to run it for at least 4 hours a week to check its function and adaptability. Otherwise, it should be lifted and stored in a dry place for backup.

Before starting the AS type tear type submersible sewage pump, a qualified electrician should inspect the system to ensure the following electrical protection measures are required:1. Before running the pump, use a 0-500 megohmmeter to check the insulation resistance between phases and relative to ground of the motor, and the minimum value should be greater than 2M Ω;
2. The power supply device should be safe, reliable, and functioning properly. The power supply voltage and frequency should comply with regulations (voltage of 380V ± 5%, frequency of 50Hz ± 1%), and the instantaneous voltage deviation should not exceed 10%. If the power supply is far away from the water pump, the cross-sectional area of the cable should be increased and the joints should be minimized as much as possible, otherwise the voltage will drop too much. Sealing and waterproof treatment should be carried out at the cable joints to prevent leakage;
3. In a four core cable, the one with the symbol '┴' is the grounding wire (usually a green yellow dual color wire or a black wire). To ensure safe use, it must be firmly grounded and 50mm longer than other wires;
4. When conditions permit, electrical protection devices may include grounding protectors, ground leakage circuit breakers, etc. However, in any case, slow melting fuse wires that match the rated current value of the electric pump must be installed;
5. The electrical control device should be moisture-proof, and the well should be installed in a moisture-proof area. The placement of the cable should be careful not to block it at the suction port of the pump;
6. Check the direction of rotation of the rotor.
After the initial start-up or reinstallation of the electric pump, the rotation direction should be checked. Incorrect rotation direction can cause a decrease in pump efficiency or damage to the pump, such as impeller detachment.
To determine the direction of rotation of the rotor, before the final installation of the water pump, it should be lifted and operated with a jog. If the following conditions are met, the direction of rotation is correct. Otherwise, the position of any two of the three-phase wires on the controller should be exchanged to change the direction of rotation.
a. Looking down from the top of the pump, the rotor rotates clockwise;
b、 Looking up from the bottom (i.e. in the suction direction), it can be seen that the blades rotate counterclockwise.
Note: If several pumps are connected to the same controller, they should be checked separately.

Proper installation and use are the basic guarantees for the long-term and normal operation of AS tear type submersible sewage pumps. Users are reminded not to be careless:1. The power line of the water pump must be connected to the supporting electrical control device or matching thermal relay protector, and must not be directly connected to the main power supply;
2. Whether it is a mobile installation or an automatic fixed installation, the lifting chain and cable should not hang too long to avoid being sucked in and cut off by the pump;
3. When there is too much mud or hard stones at the bottom of the water tank, the pump should be placed 30cm above the substance or on a large iron plate;
4. The water pump drainage pipe should be selected according to the instructions and should not be changed arbitrarily;
5. When a single water pump is installed in a situation where there is no possibility of water backflow, check valves should be avoided as much as possible;
6. When two water pumps are connected in parallel, the gate valve and check valve should not be placed at the main pipe, which may cause sediment to backflow to the upper end of the standby pump and cause the check valve to fail to start. If possible, a dry well should be installed at the horizontal pipe, and check valves and thrust valves should be installed and placed;
7. Only after ensuring the correct direction of the electric pump can it be put into continuous operation;
8. During the long-term use of this series of water pumps, whether automatic or manual, they should not be started frequently, and generally should not exceed six times per hour;
9. When repairing the water pump, the power must be cut off.

The AS type tear type submersible sewage pump has excellent performance and reliable operation. Each pump undergoes strict factory testing before leaving the factory. The permanently lubricated ball bearings and high-quality mechanical seals operating in the oil chamber give the pump maximum durability. However, to ensure the service life of the water pump, it is recommended to conduct regular inspections and maintenance.1. Regularly check the insulation resistance between the phases and relative ground of the electric pump motor, which should be greater than 2M Ω. Otherwise, it should be disassembled for maintenance (dried) and the grounding should be checked for firmness;
The gap between the impeller and the tearing mechanism (base cover plate) is 0.3~0.5. After long-term use in the medium, this gap may increase due to wear and should be adjusted as follows: disconnect the power supply, loosen the fixing screws, and rotate the cover plate by an appropriate angle to restore the original gap;
3. After multiple uses, the electric pump must be placed in clean water and run for several minutes to prevent sediment from leaving inside the pump and ensure its cleanliness;
4. After six months of normal operation in the specified medium, the sealing condition of the oil chamber of the electric pump should be checked, and the 10 #~30 # engine oil should be replaced. If necessary, the mechanical seals should be replaced. For electric pumps used under harsh working conditions, regular maintenance should be carried out;
The oil change method is as follows: place the pump in place with the oil chamber plug (located on the inside of the water outlet) facing downwards, release lubricating oil, then clean the oil chamber with deep washing oil, inject an appropriate amount of oil (about 70%~80%), replace with a new O-ring, and tighten the plug. If water (milky emulsion) is found in the oil, rinse the oil chamber well according to regulations and reinstall the oil. It must be rechecked after three weeks. If the oil turns into emulsion again, the mechanical seal should be inspected and replaced if necessary (contact our maintenance department). If replacing the seal by oneself, an air tightness test (air pressure of 0.5kg/cm2) must be conducted
5. In case of a malfunction, if the cause cannot be determined and the troubleshooting methods provided later still cannot solve the problem, do not adopt temporary solutions, and do not dismantle or repair without authorization. Instead, contact our factory's maintenance department.
