working principle:

This machine mainly uses the brush on the barrel wall to rub and scrub against the packaging bag, and the high-pressure flushing of the spray device to thoroughly wash away the oil stains on the packaging bag. The bag washing machine is divided into two parts: the washing liquid cleaning section and the clean water spraying section, and can also be equipped with a heating device. In the cleaning section of the washing solution, while the brush rubs against the packaging bag, it will spray alkaline solution or detergent to thoroughly rinse the packaging bag (while heating the water in the water tank to achieve better cleaning effect). It enters the clean water spraying section, and the spraying device will spray clean water to thoroughly rinse the solution on the packaging bag, thus achieving the effect of thoroughly removing oil stains from the surface of the packaging bag.

Operation process:

Firstly, inject suitable tap water into the water tank, add detergent, turn on the drum switch, turn on the spray device, and adjust the appropriate drum speed. The incoming and outgoing materials can be equipped with a feeding connection device. The feeding port can be connected to the lifting feeder, and the discharging port can be connected to the next process.
