4、 Usage method
① Speed setting:
useJJ-6StypeFirstly, lower the water bath pot to a lower position, inject tap water into the pot to overflow the baffle, then tighten the stirring rod on the rotating clamp, place the solution bottle in the water bath pot, adjust the height according to the requirements, and then turn on the power,1Close the power switch, and the upper row will display the original speed value. The last run speed was displayed as the original timing value
1Press the "" (speed) key to set the desired rotational speed.
2Press the H (hour) key to set the hour range, and press the M (minute) key to set the minute range. (Set 0:00 to indicate continuous operation in a constantly open state at irregular intervals)
3After setting all the data, press the RUN button to start, and press STOP to stop running at any time. (At this point, the timer also ends)
4Green is the running light, and red is the stop light. The corresponding indicator light is on, indicating that the controller is in the corresponding state.
② Temperature setting:
Set temperature: Press the SET key to set or view the temperature set point. Press the SET key once and the digital display character will start flashing, indicating that the instrument has entered the set state. Press the ↑ key to increase the set value, and press the ↓ key to decrease the set value. Long press the ↑ key or ↓ key to quickly change the data. Press the SET key again and the instrument will return to normal operation. The temperature setting is complete. (2) Intelligent control parameter setting: Press the SET button for 3 seconds to enter the inner layer parameter setting state of the instrument. E: This parameter is the advance amount for stopping heating when P=0. When P is not equal to 0, the instrument operates in intelligent PID mode, and when P is not equal to 0, the E parameter is meaningless. If the set value is 50 ℃ and the advance amount is 0.5, the relay will release when the instrument control heats up to 49.5 ℃. When the temperature drops to 50 ℃ -0.5 ℃=49.5 ℃, the relay will close again. The larger the advance amount, the fewer times the relay will act. If the advance amount is too large, it will reduce the control accuracy. After adjusting the advance parameter, press the SET button for 3 seconds to return the instrument to its normal working state. P: is the proportional band, which is the proportional control value. The instrument is centered around the set value and the P value is distributed on both sides of the set point. Within the P value range, the instrument works in PID mode. T: For the heating output cycle, which is the working cycle of the relay, a small T value is easy to control, but a too small T value can reduce the lifespan of the relay due to frequent operation. Generally, the T value is taken as 20-60 seconds. To simplify operation, the integration time (I) and differentiation time (D) of the instrument are designed as hidden parameters, with default values of I=180 and D=45. If not working, the power should be cut off. To ensure use, please connect the ground wire, keep the instrument clean and dry, and strictly prohibit solution from entering the machine to avoid damaging the components and prevent severe vibration.
5、 Precautions
1When using, if you find that the stirring rod is not concentric and the stirring is unstable, please readjust the clamping head to make the stirring concentric. If using a triangular flask for stirring, align the stirring rod with the center and then turn on the machine for stirring.
2If the power suddenly fails during use, check if the power cord and plug have come off or if the fuse is blown. If there are no such conditions, please notify our factory for repair.
3、It is not advisable to add too much water to the pot to prevent the water from overflowing when boiling. However, a low water level should not expose the heating tube to the water surface to avoid burning it out.
4During the operation of this instrument, a dedicated person is required to supervise it to prevent accidents.
5Clean the instrument thoroughly after use and cut off the power supply
