The working principle is to connect the water mist discharge port of various cleaning equipment to the suction port of the condensing water mist (steam) separation and recovery device. The centrifugal exhaust fan separates the water mist through high-speed centrifugation and sends it to the condensation chamber equipped with an evaporator for condensation and dew. Under the action of its own gravity and centrifugal force, the dew drops flow downstream on the inner wall of the condensation chamber and converge into the water receiving plate, where the water content in the water mist can be separated85%about. The remaining small amount of water mist containing gas is drawn into the air-cooled condenser through the exhaust fan. As the air-cooled condenser needs to dissipate heat to the compressor, it has its own temperature (usually within a certain range)35The condenser is fin shaped and filters and dries the water mist again during high-speed exhaust before being discharged. The water droplets blocked by the condenser filter are collected in the water receiving tray, and then flow out through the small holes in the tray into the collection bucket or restored to the cleaning equipment for continued use, in order to maintain the cleanliness of the environment.
