A/B concrete rapid curing boxStructure:
The box is composed of an inner and outer box and an insulation layer. Both the inner and outer boxes are made of high-quality stainless steel welded together. A high-quality insulation layer is filled between the inner and outer layers. A sink seal is used between the box body and the box cover.
Application scope:
This curing box is suitable for cement plants and construction research and construction units to perform rapid constant temperature curing on all concrete specimens. It can predict the compressive and flexural test results within 24 hours for 3-day, 7-day, and 23 day periods (users can establish prediction periods based on specific situations), shortening the cement inspection cycle. Overview: This product SY-84 is suitable for rapid curing of test blocks of ordinary Portland cement, slag cement, volcanic ash cement, and fly ash cement in cement plants, construction, scientific research and other units. Complies with relevant industry standards, such as T0509-94 "Rapid Test for Cement Mortar Strength". Through such maintenance, it is possible to predict the compressive and flexural test results for 3-day, 7-day, and 28 day ages (users can determine the predicted age based on specific circumstances) within 24 hours, in order to shorten the cement testing cycle and accelerate the production and use of cement.
instructions:
After the box is placed steadily, first check whether the electrical components are damaged, whether the wiring is in good contact, and plug in the sensor and heater plugs. The equipment must have a reliable grounding.
Open the box and add water to a height of about 60mm. After the test block is formed, it should be stored at room temperature for 7 hours or standard cured for 3 hours. When it is close to final setting (depending on the cement composition, it should be observed by oneself, close to the final setting time), it should be placed on the shelf inside the box together with the test mold.
Cover the box lid, insert the temperature sensor, and set the temperature and working time according to the different cement compositions of each factory.
After the experiment is completed, take out the test mold and place it at room temperature. When the test block returns to room temperature, open the test mold and take out the test block to perform the bending and compression tests.
After the experiment is completed, drain the water and dry the inner box.
▲ Depending on the type of cement, a constant temperature of 65-80 ℃ can be used for 10-20 times of standard and rapid comparison tests to find the ratio or difference and obtain the standard inspection results
▲ Temperature setting
After the temperature controller is powered on, the upper row displays the current temperature inside the box, and the lower row displays the set temperature. At this point, the temperature value can be set using the "∧" and "∨" keys. The green light indicates the start of heating, while flashing indicates a constant temperature state. After long-term use, the sensor may experience zero drift. If the drift exceeds the required range of the test, it needs to be adjusted. The specific operation is as follows: Press the "SET" button for 3 seconds, and the temperature controller enters the parameter adjustment state. At this time, the upper row displays the adjusted item, and the lower row shows the corresponding value. Continue to press the "SET" button until the upper row displays "SC". At this time, press the "∧" and "∨" buttons to adjust the lower row value and correct the positive and negative deviation. Other parameters are not recommended to be modified. If modification is necessary, please refer to the attached temperature control table user manual.
▲ Time setting
After turning on the power, the 4-digit digital display shows "00:00". Press the "Set/Query" button, and the set position will start flashing. You can press the "Add" button to set the number, or press the "Shift" button to set the next digit (from left to right). After setting the time, press the "Start" button to start the device. The timer starts from 0 and when the set time is reached, the buzzer will sound, indicating that the insulation time has passed and the test block can be removed. In the experiment, when the operator wants to check the set time, they can press the "Set/Query" button, and the digital display will show the set time. Press the "Set/Query" button again, and the device will continue to work (the "Start" button cannot be pressed after querying). After the timer ends, press the "Set/Query" button to stop the buzzer.
matters needing attention:
▲ Do not place the accelerated maintenance box cover upside down during use (refer to the front facing position indicated on the label on the box cover).
When placing the test piece, the corresponding position of the temperature probe should be left to avoid damage when the probe is inserted.
▲ When placing and removing the test piece, safety must be taken into account, that is, when using a special tool to hook up the test piece, it is necessary to confirm whether the tool hook is firmly attached to the test piece to prevent the test piece from falling off during operation and being injured by splashing hot water in the box.
After the use of the accelerated maintenance box is completed, the power must be cut off to prevent the electric heating tube from unintentionally being in a heating state, which may cause dehydration and damage to the machine.
When the accelerated maintenance box is not used for a long time, it is necessary to drain all the water and dry it, and place it in a ventilated and dry place.
Common faults:
Slow or no heating of maintenance water:
Check the wiring terminals of each heating tube and measure their resistance values. If loose terminals are found or the heating tube itself is damaged, the terminals must be tightened or the heating tube replaced.
Check if the power fuse is blown.
Clean the dirt on the surface of the heating tube to ensure heating power.
Check if the input voltage meets the usage requirements.
