The microprocessor controller is used for a three-step electric valve, 48x48 (1/16DIN)
SMT manufacturing provides a complete operator interface for the instrument, with polycarbonate film ensuring IP65 level panel protection.
It has 4 keys, two green LED display bars, each with 4 words, 4 red LED indicator lights indicating 4 logic or relay outputs, and 3 programmable LEDs indicating different operating states of the instrument.
The process variable main input is universal and can be connected to different types of sensors: thermocouples, thermistors, thermistors, linear inputs, potentiometers, and customer linearization defined using panel keys.
Using the two-point method to define linear functions can correct inputs.
Select input type through panel keys without the need for external splitters or adapters.
The second auxiliary insulation analog input can be configured as a linear input or a valve position feedback potentiometer.
It can be configured with 2 insulated digital inputs and select 4 local setpoints; Start, stop, and reset internal timer; Automatic/manual, local/remote functions; Alarm memory reset; Input hold function.
The instrument has 4 relays (3A, 250V) or logic (12Vdc, 20mA) outputs, 2 dedicated to valve opening/closing functions, and 2 insulation analog voltage or current outputs.
Each output function can be configured by the keyboard; Function includes control output (opening/closing valves); Alarm output; Time controlled output; Duplicate numerical inputs; Transmission output; Set point, deviation, alarm set point or digital communication reading value.

Serial communication interface RS485 (RS232C compatible) can read or modify any parameter, manage online instruments (local/remote, manual/automatic, exchange, internal timer control, direct output control)

These can be used to write any instrument parameters.
Special parameters are used for valve control, such as actuator impact time, minimum pulse time, arbitrary interference threshold, and dead zone; The control type can be configured with or without potentiometer feedback; PD or PID algorithm.
The programming steps of the instrument are completed by the parameter groups of the functional blocks (CFG is the control parameter, Inp is the input, Out is the output, etc.). Choosing a simple menu can also enter the most commonly used parameters.
The instrument can rely on hardware configuration to select parameter display and automatically hide those that are not frequently used.
To simplify the configuration, there are PC program tools, including Windows menu driver configuration program and necessary cables for connecting instruments
