The LF-14D series electromagnetic flowmeter integrates the sensors and converters of traditional electromagnetic flowmeters into one, with a compact appearance and flexible installation. It is operated by an infrared remote control and easy to install and debug. It is widely used in various industries to measure the volume flow rate of conductive liquids with a conductivity greater than 2.5uS/cm. It is an inductive instrument for measuring the volume flow rate of conductive media. Adopting ARM Cortex-M3 32-bit processor and 24 bit ADC data acquisition system, it has fast computing speed and high accuracy. The instrument has self diagnostic functions such as air traffic control detection, excitation return fault, and flow alarm. The sensor uses imported PEEK material as the inner lining, and the electrode and PEEK inner lining adopt a one-time injection molding process, ensuring the consistency and reliability of product production.
Product principle THE PRODUCT PRINCIPLE
Electromagnetic flowmeter is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction, which states that a conductor moving in a magnetic field will generate an induced voltage. liquid

The amplitude of induced voltage is directly proportional to the velocity of the conductor, the type of conductor, the diameter of the pipeline, and the strength of the magnetic field. Its value is:

INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS INSTALLATION
Installation of electromagnetic flowmeter on pipelines:
The positive direction of flow should be consistent with the positive direction indicated by the arrow on the sensor. a. Bolts and nuts: To facilitate installation, ensure sufficient installation space near the pipe flange. b. If the medium temperature or ambient temperature exceeds 50 ℃, protective measures should be taken to prevent overheating of the shell during installation to avoid burns caused by personnel touching
Electrical Connection: There are two types of electrical connectors provided to users: M12 connector plug (users can wire themselves to the installation position of the flowmeter and then connect to the plug to connect with the flowmeter) M12 electrical connection cable (default length of 2 meters:)
