Combination needle roller bearing
The combination needle roller bearing is composed of radial needle roller bearing and thrust bearing. They can withstand both radial and axial loads simultaneously. In applications, when other types of positioning end bearing configurations occupy too much space, or the axial load is too heavy, the speed is too high, or the bearing configuration with simple thrust washers lacks lubrication, it is particularly suitable to use combination needle roller bearings. The provided combination needle roller bearings have the following basic designs:
Needle roller/angular contact ball bearing
Needle roller/thrust ball bearing
Needle roller/cylindrical roller thrust bearing
The supplementary lubrication interval for the radial and thrust components of the bearing must be calculated separately. The shorter interval between the two should be used as the standard.
Bearing characteristics:
Fixed bearing configuration
Carrying combined radial and axial loads in one or two directions.
Low cross-section
In applications that require less space, the combination of needle roller bearings provides a compact solution.
High carrying capacity
Due to the large number of rolling elements, the combination configuration of needle roller bearings has a high load-bearing capacity.
