For the bag filter of coking plant, the bag filter bag is its core component. The selection of filter material directly affects the dust removal efficiency of the dust collector, and the service life of the filter bag directly affects the operating cost of the dust collector. The main raw material of coking plants is coal. After high-temperature dry distillation process, coal gas, saccharin, tar, and many chemical raw materials used in pharmaceuticals are extracted, and a large amount of water vapor is generated during the process. The flower board is an important part of the dust collector bag installation. The thickness of the flower board is 6mm, which ensures the accuracy of the hole size and hole spacing of the flower board. Laser cutting is used for processing, and then the riveting worker flattens the flower board on the platform. These holes have good universality and interchangeability, and the surface of the flower board is flat. There are no burrs or angles around the flower board, otherwise the filter bag will be damaged. The center deviation of the bag hole is less than ± 1mm, the aperture tolerance is less than ± 0.2mm, and the sharp edges and burrs of each hole should be cleaned. The precision of flower board processing is better than the standard.
Coking plant dust collector bagThe filter bag has a special 80mm long three-layer reinforcement at the top (made of the same material as the filter bag) and a 100mm thick layer at the bottom. The fabric bag is sewn without any exposed edges, and the bottom is reinforced with a loop cloth. The filter bag is cut reasonably to minimize seams and improve the strength and anti scouring ability of the bag bottom.
The upper end of the filter bag adopts a spring expansion ring form, which has good sealing performance, high installation reliability, and fast bag replacement. Only 1-2 people are needed to replace the bag through the convenient lifting top cover on the machine. The installation and removal of filter bags are carried out in the clean air chamber, without the need to enter the dust collector filter chamber. The bag cage adopts a circular structure, with evenly distributed longitudinal bars and anti support rings, and sufficient strength and rigidity to prevent damage and deformation. A "η" - shaped cold pressed short tube is installed at the top for the verticality of the bag cage and the safety of the filter bag mouth during spraying.
The material of the bag cage of the dust collector in the coking plant is 20 # steel with a diameter of Φ 4mm. The number of vertical bars in the bag cage is 10, and the spacing between the back support rings is 200mm. It is formed in one go by the cage bone processing production line, ensuring the straightness and torsion of the cage bone. The filter bag frame is smooth and free of burrs after welding, and has sufficient strength without any detachment, virtual welding, or leakage. The surface treatment of the bag cage adopts galvanizing technology, which is firm, wear-resistant, and avoids the corrosion of the cage bone surface and the adhesion of the filter bag after the dust collector works for a period of time. This ensures smooth bag replacement and reduces damage to the bag during the bag replacement process. The port on the skeleton is equipped with a Venturi tube, which is used to maintain the blowing pressure, concentrate the naturally diffused airflow, and form a pressure airflow around the bottom of the Venturi tube, effectively transmitting the cleaning pressure to the bottom of the filter bag. The installation of a Venturi tube on the skeleton can increase the dust cleaning filtration area under the same diameter pulse valve conditions or reduce the diameter of the pulse valve under the same filtration area conditions, in order to save equipment costs. Especially for dust collectors with strong dust viscosity, high filter material resistance, or long filter bags, it can improve dust cleaning efficiency.
