Realize high read rate

The DataMan 150/260 series fixed installation barcode card reader achieves the highest possible reading speed with a high-speed dual core processing engine running the latest Cognex algorithm.

1DMax comes with Hotbars and 2DMax, with PowerGrid technology to decode damaged or poorly printed 1D and 2D codes, even though the code quality, printing method, or surface are labeled with the code, and can even read 2D codes without visible perimeter or quiet areas.

Simplify installation in confined spaces

The DataMan 150/260 series models offer right or right corner configurations to accommodate the tightest spaces. Inline and 90 degree configurations do not require redesigning equipment, as well as complex wiring or optical paths with rearview mirrors.

Reduce installation time and ownership costs

Modular lighting and optical equipment allow for easy modification of DataMan 150 and 260 series reader lenses and on-site lighting. This not only reduces installation time and resources, but also protects the investment in barcode readers by simplifying the performance of each application and adapting to future process changes.

Very suitable for DataMan 100/200 series modification

The DataMan 150/260 series card readers use the same installation configuration as the DataMan 100/200 series ID card readers and are fixed in place. This can be easily retrofitted into existing DataMan 100/200 applications without the need for adapter boards, installation holes, or wiring changes.

Due to the identical distance from the front of the reader to the code being read, the implemented FOV is the same, without the need to change the machine layout, hardware, or application programs
