1、 Product Introduction:

2、 Process flow description:

The plastic particle cleaning wastewater is collected by the collection pipe network, flows into the grid channel, removes large suspended solids in the water through a fine grid, and then flows into the regulating tank to regulate the water volume and homogenize the water quality; A sewage lifting pump and a liquid level controller are installed in the regulating tank. When the water level reaches the limit, the sewage is lifted into the air flotation and sedimentation integrated machine by the water pump. In this system, dissolved water is released, and suspended solids in the water float to the surface under the adhesion of small bubbles. The suspended solids are scraped to the sludge tank by the scraper equipment to remove suspended organic matter; Heavy organic matter will slowly slide down along the inclined pipe packing to the bottom of the equipment and be discharged into the sludge tank through the sludge discharge valve. After being processed by the equipment, the supernatant flows automatically into the buffer tank, where the water volume and quality are adjusted. Then, it is pumped into a multi-media filter by a sewage lift pump, where residual pollutants are removed through filtration and activated carbon adsorption. The floating slag from the air flotation tank and the settled sludge from the sludge discharge pipe are discharged into the sludge storage tank, which is regularly transported for treatment to purify the wastewater and discharge it up to standard.
