1. Wear resistant high-temperature alloy: Based on the characteristics of high-temperature wear environment, explosion-proof thermocouples are specially designed with pure alloying and vacuum smelting, which have high temperature oxidation resistance
Made of a special wear-resistant high-temperature alloy with extremely high high-temperature strength, forged and drilled as a whole. Low processing defects, high reliability, good comprehensive performance of high temperature strength and wear resistance, high price, and operating temperature of 800-1200 ℃.
2. Composite casting wear-resistant alloy: using composite armor technology to add wear-resistant particles to a high-temperature alloy matrix and precision melt casting. No turning required
The casing has high hardness and resistance to high-temperature oxidation. The magnetic flap level gauge has some casting defects but does not affect high-temperature wear resistance and sealing. It is the most common high-temperature wear-resistant casing used, with a moderate price and a temperature range of 800-1200 ℃.
3. Ion implantation of tungsten carbide: Using stainless steel as the substrate, tungsten carbide particles are injected into the surface of the casing through ion implantation technology. It has high hardness, high strength, and high toughness, especially wear-resistant, with a wear-resistant layer thickness of 0.5-1.5mm. It is hard on the outside and tough on the inside, with a minimum diameter of up to φ 8. The surface quality is good, and the operating temperature is 0-800 ℃. It has a service life of more than 2 years in coal mills in power plants.
