● Ultra small and lightweight
The SPC series is designed to be ultra small (Φ 21 × 84mm) and lightweight (90g). It is most suitable for installation in devices such as gas cylinder cabinets with limited space.

● High filtration accuracy
The filter element adopts a multi-layer ceramic structure, with excellent filtration accuracy. All filters are shipped after CNC particle counting and confirmation that 0.003 μ m particles are zero upon delivery.

● Low exhaust performance
Compared with all metal filters, ceramic filters have less moisture absorption and excellent exhaust performance.

● No dead corners
The filter structure fully considers the suppression of gas retention inside the filter, and has excellent gas displacement performance.
