The suction system uses multiple equidistant parallel suction pipes to guide the settled sludge through the scraper plate to the suction port of the suction pipe, and then flows into the mud collection tank by static water pressure before being discharged outside the tank.
The scraper suction machine is mainly composed of supporting accessories such as bridge frame, reduction motor plate, suction pipe, central mud collection tank, slag skimming device steel water outlet tank, water outlet weir plate, etc. The center rotary support, stabilizing cylinder, frame steel structure, arm frame, and local control box for the mud collection scraper are used. The steel inlet column pipe and stainless drive device can be equipped with worm gear reduction motor and built-in compression spring type over torque protection mechanism; The drive motor adopts a Y-shaped motor, with a power supply of 3P, 380V, 50HZ, protection level of IP55, and F-class insulation; During operation, each suction pipe forms its own unit, and the suction concentration can be controlled by a flow regulating valve located in the central collection tank.
