Introduction:
It is a newly developed and manufactured product by Shanghai Meiyu Instrument Equipment Co., Ltd., which is used for the production of cement soft training specimens by compacting the specimens under specified conditions. It is suitable for use in cement plant construction units and relevant institutes and schools for testing. Before operation, the positioning sleeve should be removed to check if all moving parts can move freely and if the electronic control part is normal. After adding lubricating oil, the machine should be turned on and run idle to check if everything is normal before use. The positioning sleeve must be removed before each use. Before turning on the power, the lock switch SW is in the closed state (i.e. the button pops up position). Press the switch and lock it, the motor runs, the electronic counter counts from zero, and stops when it reaches 60 times. Repeat the operation by pressing and placing the SW twice. Add lubricating oil to areas with oil cups, and apply a thin layer of engine oil to the surface of the cam to reduce wear. After use, all kinds of debris on the instrument should be cleaned, kept clean, and the positioning sleeve should be placed in its original position to avoid the center position being affected by the force on the table.

Amplitude test:
a、 Place the randomly attached 14.7mm inspection block between the convex surface and the stopper shown in Figure "1", and manually move the cam. The cam should be in contact with the bearing.
b、 If a 15.3mm inspection block is placed using the same method, the cam and bearing should not come into contact. If the above two conditions are met, the instrument amplitude is considered qualified. Only then can work be carried out.

Test piece maintenance:
■ Place the molded specimens into a standard curing box (room) for curing, and release them after curing for 20-24 hours at a temperature of (20 ± 1) ℃ and a relative humidity of not less than 90% (for specimens with an age of 24 hours, they should be released within 20 minutes before the fracture test).
■ Remove the specimens from the curing box (room) and number them with an ink pen. When numbering, the three specimens in each mold should be numbered within two age periods, and the molding and testing dates should be marked at the same time. Then demold, and prevent damage to the specimen during demolding. Cement with slower hardening is allowed to be demolded after 24 hours, but the demolding time must be recorded.
After demolding, the test piece should be immediately placed horizontally or vertically in a water tank for curing. The curing water temperature should be (20 ± 1) ℃. When placed horizontally, the scraping surface should face upwards, and there should be a gap between the test pieces. The water level should be at least 5mm higher than the test piece. Then, fill the water tank with tap water and add water at any time to maintain a constant water level.
