Our company has developed a belt dryer specifically designed for high-temperature calcination of catalysts, drawing on advanced technologies from both domestic and international sources. The equipment consists of multiple units, each with independent temperature control. The temperature increases step by step from low to high, with the highest calcination temperature reaching 750 ℃. The catalyst products are then cooled step by step and laid on a mesh belt, evenly passing through a drying box. According to the calcination requirements and the heating and cooling curves, they are automatically heated, calcined, and cooled. The final high-quality and high-yield catalyst product laid a solid foundation for achieving high strength, high selectivity, high conversion rate, high activity, and long lifespan of the catalyst. The relevant equipment performance and technical parameters are summarized as follows:
1. Parameter program control, high degree of automation, easy operation, continuous material input and output, reducing the labor intensity of operators and lowering the cost of failures.
2. Adopting imported photoelectric correction device, the mesh belt continuously corrects errors during operation, with stable performance, reliable quality, and durability.
3. The air from the cooling section is returned to the heating section as compensation air for recycling, greatly saving energy consumption.
4. Each unit is independent, with high temperature control accuracy, and the temperature in the high temperature range can reach 750 ℃.
5. The heating device adopts a well-known foreign brand of direct fired natural gas heater, and the proportion of gas supply is adjusted to achieve uniform control of hot air.

8. The complete set of equipment includes: enclosure, conveying system, circulating fan, heating system, exhaust system, electrical control system, cooling system, auxiliary equipment, etc.
9. The roasting furnace box adopts a unit structure, and metal compensators are used to connect the units. The fan installation part also uses metal compensators. 12. The heating device adopts a direct fired natural gas heater. Adopting a specially designed structure ensures that the flame of the gas burns uniformly in the furnace. 13. Electrical control system:
13.1 The equipment control system shall use programmable logic controllers (PLC, S7-300) and operation screens. On the operation screen, device operation, parameter detection display, and simulation display of device operation can be implemented.
Each unit's burner is equipped with a proportional valve, which has high control accuracy.
13.3 The circulating fan adopts frequency conversion speed regulation method and implements speed detection at the same time.
13.4 The mesh belt transmission adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, automatic correction of the mesh belt, and safety protection devices are installed on both sides of the mesh belt and at the discharge end.
13.5 Adopt interlocking mode in control to ensure the safe operation of equipment. When a malfunction occurs, safety protection measures are automatically taken on the control. Simultaneously sound and light an alarm.
The main operating parameters and operation displays of the 13.6 equipment are transmitted to the control room through the data bus, and monitored in the control room.
