Structure and Principle
The DY series belt press is mainly composed of a drive mechanism, a sludge distribution mechanism, a filter belt, a tensioning mechanism, an automatic deviation adjustment mechanism, a filter belt flushing mechanism, a mud scraping mechanism, a gravity dewatering zone, a wedge-shaped dewatering zone, a pressing dewatering zone, and a frame.
The working process is that the sludge after flocculation treatment enters the sludge distribution mechanism and first passes through the gravity dewatering zone, which is a long horizontal movement section and a small angle ascending section; The filter slurry moves along with the filter belt on the filter belt; Under the action of gravity, free water separates from flocs, removing most of the free water in the filter slurry, and the filter slurry basically loses its fluidity. Then enter the wedge-shaped space from small to large, and the two filter belts are closed, gradually increasing the squeezing force on the filter slurry sandwiched in the middle, and the water is discharged from the filter slurry in stages. At this point, the mud has lost its fluidity and is ready for the next step of entering the press dewatering zone. The pressing rollers in the dewatering area are arranged in order of diameter from large to small, and the pressing force on the filter slurry gradually increases from small to large. After several S-shaped pressing rolls are used to press and shear the filter cake, the filter slurry removes most of the saturated water and completes the dewatering of the sludge. When the filter belt passes through the unloading device, the mud cake is scraped off from the filter belt by a scraper. After cleaning and regeneration, the upper and lower filter belts return to the gravity dewatering zone to complete the next step of sludge dewatering cycle.
