The CWNS type fully automatic fuel and gas hot water boiler is a combustion tube boiler with a lower burner. Natural gas or diesel fuel is sprayed and atomized by a burner and then burned under slight positive pressure in a vertical straight furnace. The high-temperature flue gas flows upward along the furnace and washes the heating surface of the smoke pipe. After convective heat exchange, it reaches the upper smoke box and is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney.
Configure YLZK-X7C series intelligent digital boiler control screen, 7-inch touch HMI human-machine interface, with automatic temperature control, over temperature protection, water shortage protection, abnormal shutdown protection, low gas pressure protection, using original domestic brand burner fully automatic combustion program control, automatically adjusting combustion air volume, gas volume, flame monitoring and other functions. The heating surface of the boiler is designed with full process computer simulation control, and the flow of the heating surface and flue gas has been optimized. Its structure is more compact and installation and maintenance are more convenient.

The main body of the boiler is strictly produced, manufactured, and inspected in accordance with the "General Technical Conditions for Atmospheric Pressure Boilers" and related standards to ensure excellent quality. It has multiple safety protections (abnormal combustion, overheating, ultra-low water level, flameout), and the gas is equipped with low pressure and leakage alarms. Remote operation monitoring and fault diagnosis are available. Centralized control of multiple boilers can also be designed.

Performance characteristics:
1. The time setting function enables the boiler to start and stop within the set time.
2. Overheating protection: When the water temperature inside the boiler exceeds the limit, the burner will be automatically prohibited from working and an alarm will be triggered.
3. Secondary overheat protection: When the temperature of the boiler shell exceeds 105 ℃, the secondary circuit will be automatically cut off, and it will reset automatically after normal operation.
4. Real time monitoring of water level: Boiler low water level cuts off the burner for protection.
5. Users can set the boiler's water supply temperature according to their load requirements to reduce operating costs.
6. The inlet/outlet temperature display function makes it more convenient to monitor the operation status of the boiler and system.
