The CTLD-250 single channel thermoluminescence dose reader is mainly used for personal and environmental dose monitoring, meeting the requirements of the national standard "Thermoluminescence Dose Measurement System for Personal and Environmental Monitoring" (GB10264-88). It can be used for radiation protection, radiation medicine, radiation biology, environmental science, dose monitoring of personnel during nuclear warfare, nuclear power plants, and emergency medical treatment for nuclear accidents.

The thermoluminescence dose reader is controlled by a microcontroller and displays multiple parameters in Chinese. It has functions such as automatic calibration, background subtraction, parameter setting, automatic data access, compilation, retrieval, luminescence curve display, and data printing. The reader adopts a modular structure and has the characteristics of good integrity, beautiful appearance, reliable performance, and easy maintenance.

Can be configured with desktop or portable computers, printers, barcode scanners.

Product Features

The CTLD-250 thermoluminescence dose reader has made significant improvements to its circuit, buttons, probe, and calibration light source components based on the BR2000D. The improved instrument adopts capacitive touch buttons, which greatly improves the stability, anti-interference, mechanical performance, and appearance of the instrument, solving some of the design defects and problems of the BR reader. The personal dose management database configured is compatible with the occupational health management system for radiation workers of the Ministry of Health.

Chinese menu: The requirements for operators and debugging personnel are not high, and do not require very professional knowledge and proficient operating skills.

Readers can not only perform various functions independently, but also connect with computers for direct operation and database management.

Sensitivity automatic adjustment: Light measurement adopts sensitivity automatic adjustment, and there is no need to adjust high voltage during the measurement process.

Double drawer structure: During the measurement process, there is no need to turn off the machine. Pull out the side drawer to clean the optical system, replace the filter, and after cleaning, you can continue measuring by pushing it into the side drawer.

Drawer rail transmission: Adopting a rail structure improves the reliability of drawer pushing and pulling.

Capacitive touch button: All operations can be completed by using the cursor left movement key, cursor right movement key, numerical addition key, numerical subtraction key, and confirmation key on the panel, or by using the computer (upper computer) to operate the reader.

Automatic screening: Used for screening and measuring detectors. Randomly select a set of detectors from the tested detectors, calculate their average value after measurement, and input the average value and the required dispersion value (degree of dispersion) into the reader. The screening and measurement can be carried out according to the partition number given by the reader panel.

Drawer external heating baking tray: Set up by pulling out half of the drawer and pushing it in to achieve drawer external heating baking tray. The purpose is to pull out the drawer to heat the heating tray, reduce the background value of the reader, and prevent contamination of the probe.
