Product Introduction

This machine is designed and developed according to the requirements of GB/T229-2007 "Charpy notch impact test method for metals" and ASTM E-23 for notch detection of impact specimens. It is an important equipment used to detect whether the notch production of impact specimens is qualified.

By using the principle of optical projection, the U-shaped and V-shaped notches of the tested impact specimen are compared with the standard plate diagram on the projector to determine whether the processed impact specimen is qualified. This equipment is easy to operate, intuitive to inspect and compare, and efficient, making it an important testing device in the impact specimen processing process.
