1 Product Overview

The CQB-F corrosion-resistant fluoroplastic magnetic pump (fluorine lined magnetic pump) adopts magnetic coupling transmission, without dynamic sealing points, thus completely eliminating the phenomenon of running, emitting, dripping, and leaking at the shaft seal of general shaft driven centrifugal pumps. The overcurrent components are made of fluoroplastic industrial ceramics, which have excellent corrosion resistance and sealing properties, no aging, and no toxin decomposition. The CQB-F fluorine lined magnetic pump body is made of cast iron, and the overcurrent components are magnetic driven pumps made of fluoroplastics (FEP, PTFE, ETFE, PVDF, fluoroplastic alloys). 5 working principle

CQB-F corrosion-resistant fluoroplastic magnetic pump (referred to as fluorine lined magnetic pump) is a chemical process pump that applies modern magnetic mechanics principles and uses permanent magnets to achieve non-contact indirect transmission. When the motor drives the outer rotor (i.e. outer magnetic steel) assembly to rotate, the magnetic field lines pass through the isolation sleeve and drive the inner rotor (i.e. inner magnetic steel) assembly and impeller to rotate synchronously through the magnetic field. The medium is completely enclosed in the stationary isolation sleeve, thus achieving the goal of leak free pumping of the medium and completely solving the shaft seal leakage of mechanical transmission pumps. It is a new type of industrial pump that is fully sealed, leak free, and pollution-free.

Installation, use and maintenance
1. Before using the pump, it should be checked that the motor fan blades rotate flexibly, without jamming or abnormal noise, and all fasteners should be tightened.
2. After starting the CQB-F fluorine lined magnetic pump motor, slowly open the discharge valve. After the pump enters normal working condition, adjust the discharge valve to the desired opening.
3. The CQB-F fluoroplastic magnetic pump should be installed horizontally and not vertically. The pump body should not bear the weight of the pipeline. For special requirements for vertical installation, the motor must face upwards.
4. Check if the rotation direction of the CQB-F fluorine lined magnetic pump motor is consistent with the direction mark of the magnetic pump.
