This equipment is used to prepare dumbbell shaped, elongated and other standard test specimens for conducting tensile, compressive, bending and impact tests.
Compliant with standards: GB/T 8804-3, ISO 6259, ISO 527, ISO 179, ISO 180, ISO 16770, ASTM D 638, ASTM D 1822, etc.

Accuracy, speed, strength

Precision, the mechanical design of the 1643 prototype is based on high-quality industrial components. Unlike most other compact CNC machine tools, we use large-sized, bi-directional precision guides for each axis. Each axis uses a ground prestressed ball screw driver, effectively eliminating gear backlash and anti rebound, ensuring an extremely long service life.

In fast motion mode, the recommended speed for our server (V1643-0029) is 3000 to 18000 millimeters per minute, while still achieving a resolution of 5 microns. By synchronously controlling three axes, higher working speeds can be achieved.

Strength, based on the structural design of large machine tools, the load-bearing body adopts a large number of high-strength steel structures to ensure the solid and stable operation of the equipment. Especially suitable for precise preparation of large-sized samples (such as PE, ISO 6259-3, Type III), capable of processing thickest samples up to 120mm;
