This instrument is widely used in various universities, environmental protection, scientific research, health, epidemic prevention, petroleum, metallurgy, chemical, medical and other units. According to the requirements of the majority of users, it is designed with multi connected heating, stirring and constant temperature control such as two connected, four connected, and six connected. Enable users to obtain corresponding effects and data for multiple samples simultaneously. 3、 Usage method
When using this instrument, please first check if all the accessories accompanying the machine are complete. Then, install the fixtures in order and place the beaker that needs to be stirred in the center of the plating plate. Add the solution and place the stirrer in the beaker solution. Then, plug in the power plug of the instrument first, turn on the power and turn on the power speed control switch. The display will change from 99.9 to the actual temperature inside the instrument container. Press the "SET" button to make the digital tube on the right decimal point of the display flash. At this time, set the desired preset temperature. Press ▲ to increase the number, and pressReduced. Press the "SET" button again, and the data will be displayed as the actual temperature inside the instrument container. If the temperature of the instrument's contents does not match the displayed temperature, make the following adjustments: long press the "SET" button, when the display shows "E 1.5", release it (E 1.5 is the advance control, which has been adjusted before leaving the factory, do not adjust it by yourself), then press the "SET" button again, the number display will appear (there are no English letters at this time), press ▲ to increase the temperature, pressReduce the temperature (for example, if the actual temperature inside the instrument container is greater than the displayed temperature, press the ▲ key to adjust the deviation between the two), and continue calibration. Press the "SET" button again, and it will display "P 2.0" (P 2.0 is a proportional band that has been adjusted before leaving the factory, please do not adjust it yourself). Press' SET 'again to display the temperature inside the instrument container. The 'OUT' light indicates that the preset temperature is higher than the temperature inside the instrument and is in a heating state. The speed regulation is gradually adjusted from low speed to high speed, and it is not allowed to start the high speed gear directly to avoid the agitator not being synchronized and causing jumping. Temperature control: Insert the probe into the socket and adjust the temperature control knob to the desired temperature. When not working, cut off the power supply. To ensure safety, please connect the ground wire when using. The instrument should be kept clean and dry, and it is strictly prohibited for solution to enter the machine to avoid damaging the parts and prevent severe vibration.
