Maintenance work of CHL stainless steel multi-stage centrifugal pump
1. The inlet pipeline of CHL type stainless steel multi-stage pump must be highly sealed to prevent water and air leakage.
2. CHL type stainless steel multi-stage pumps are prohibited from operating for a long time under cavitation conditions.
3. Prohibit CHL stainless steel multi-stage pumps from operating with motor overcurrent for extended periods of time during high flow operation.
4. Regularly check the motor current value during the operation of CHL stainless steel multi-stage pump, and try to keep the pump running within the design operating range as much as possible;
5. CHL stainless steel multi-stage pumps should be supervised by dedicated personnel during operation to prevent accidents.
6. The CHL stainless steel multi-stage pump should be lubricated with oil on the bearings every 500 hours of operation.
7. After long-term operation of CHL stainless steel multi-stage pump, if the noise and vibration of the unit increase due to mechanical wear, it should be stopped for inspection. If necessary, vulnerable parts and bearings can be replaced. The overhaul period of the unit is generally one year.
Maintenance of mechanical seal for CHL stainless steel multi-stage pump
1. The mechanical seal lubrication of CHL stainless steel multi-stage pump should be clean and free of solid particles.
2. It is strictly prohibited for mechanical seals to work under dry grinding and idling conditions.
3. Before starting, the pump (motor) should be turned a few times to avoid sudden starting causing damage to the sealing ring.
