The CFA1000 fully automatic continuous flow analyzer is suitable for batch testing of multiple projects, mainly used for fully automated analysis of surface water, groundwater, industrial wastewater, food and beverage, and soil samples. It can analyze up to 180 samples at once (more than 180 samples can be automatically added with components), and all sample processing is completed by the instrument. Sewage samples can be directly measured without filtration, and multiple pre-treatment methods are available for selection.
The fully automatic ammonia nitrogen, cyanide, and volatile phenol analyzer applies traditional continuous flow technology to the detection process of these three projects. From sample collection to data processing, it is completely completed by machines and computers, making the analysis work very convenient.

Chemical reaction module
The instrument adopts a 3-channel chemical reaction module to detect ammonia nitrogen cyanide and volatile phenols, including online bubble injection, online ultraviolet digestion, two online distillations, and three heating channels. The sample mixing ring is made of glass rings with a diameter greater than 2mm, which maximizes the high permeability of the sample. The glass has excellent chemical inertness and can be used for a long time without frequent replacement.
Patent based bubble injection technology
The size and velocity of bubbles can be easily adjusted, making the entire pipeline flow evenly and achieving balance. Usually, the chip cutting technology has certain requirements for the size and spacing of bubbles in order to achieve a very good isolation effect, which makes the adjustment of bubbles very important. Our designed bubble injection technology fully meets the requirements of chip cutting technology for bubbles.
Patent based blow off distillation technology
Built in online distillation is used to minimize the sample flow path and reduce the probability of errors in the flow path. The distillation collection device adopts a side wall hanging type, making the operation and maintenance of the chemical module very convenient. The collection device, which is blown off and collected after gasification, will not have any impact on the distillation speed. Using patented blow off distillation technology, the tedious and time-consuming distillation work in the laboratory can be completed in 2-3 seconds.
The fully built-in heating distillation and ultraviolet digestion treatment make the pipeline very economical and simple.

By using advanced CCD digital detectors, multiple wavelengths can be selected for sample detection without the need to adjust the grating wavenumber. Compared with filter technology, it can achieve better wavelength accuracy and longer service life, while reducing photometric energy loss.
Fast data processing, full spectrum data reading only takes a few milliseconds, and adjusting the integration time of the data as needed can obtain different signal sizes, achieving high or low sensitivity adjustment for detection without affecting the stability of the instrument.
Dual channel detector, capable of simultaneous analysis of two projects, using two 50mm flow cells, can meet the detection of low concentration samples.
The adjustment of baseline and sensitivity is completely implemented on the computer, and the full spectrum graph and data can be viewed, which is very convenient for users to operate. The peak height value only needs to be placed on the top of the graph with the mouse to automatically display on the image.
